Oldie but Goldie

RUN
RELAX
REPEAT

is my new motto! or rather my life, haha. :P and I have to say the middle stage gets often skipped :(
BUT it's a sunny morning and I did have a hot shower to relax, so let's REPEAT and let's focus on RUN. :D and on SHOES.

I will kinda dedicate this post to our better halves, as the previous posts were mostly for the fearer sex. :)

What shoes do the coolest boys wear in Hungary? Adidas or Nike? No! They opt for TISZA!

TISZA, founded in 1971, is generally a streewear shoe company for guys, but I have seen girls running about in those comfy cool sneakers too and there's no reason why we shouldn't stock up a pair for the lazier days and switch our heels for a Tisza. And they do have shoes in softer, rather female colours and smaller sizes.

The past years have also seen the company branching into some limited collections of clothing and accessories such as belts and bags. They always go for a sporty look and practicality, their products are for the urbanists, who are always on the go, riding their bikes around the city.

Unfortunately you can find their stores only in Hungary at the moment, (again one more reason to visit! :) but they have an English version of their site and an online store. (However, at the moment, it is temporarily closed for some reason. :s) webshop

Commenting on the long history and tradition behind TISZA, I tracked down some classic, oldie but goldie looks for you guys, to give a feel of the past and make a comparison with the present.

So here they are.

Haha. I remember from my childhood my father having one of these.

And the present looks. Oh gosh! There's so many styles and combinations, I could hardly choose my favourites. But here they go.

I just love the different shades of purple and the combination of the velvety looking velur and the shinier surfaces!

And some bags:

So I hope you enjoyed this introduction to our coolest streetwear fashion brand in Hungary and that I set you in the mood of browsing their site through a bit! http://www.tiszacipo.hu/en
ENJOY!

I will be back soon with more infos on brands and styles from Hungary, so just keep an eye out and until that:
All comments are very welcomed, please let me know what you think of the brands, of this blog and of life in general!

Back on the horse!

Gooooooooood Morning World!

First of all my apologies for being absent from here for sooooooooo looooooong but I am after a crazy week, that apparently just flew into another crazy week without any break. :P great. -.-' This is the hard life of students juggling uni, work, friends here, friends abroad and sleeping withing 24hours and 7days a week.
But you realise it worths it, when after complaining about your life generally to your Mum on skype, she suddenly, out of the blue tells you: 'OMG. You became an adult.'
It sort of took me by surprise as I am 22, living alone since more than 2 years and Mum just saw me a month ago. (Apparently I was still a kid back then. :P) But very well! I am a real grown-up now, according to her and I got so excited over my new ADULT myself and life that I had to share this LIFE-TIME-MOMENT with you guys. :D
This kinda made me nostalgic, so here is a pic from the days of my youth :p as a model in Hungary.

But going on with this blog, as some of you may have noticed, I have changed my header again and I am still arranging settings around. So please bear with me until I figure out my style and the DOs and DONTs of blogging.
I've just decided to post here my old header, as I worked a lot on it, and even though I don't wanna use is anymore (or shall I?), I kinda find it a shame not to have it here at all.

And now really getting back to the topic of this blog, my very next Hungarian brand post is to come today.

See ya very soon!
