wow wow wow! I wonder where this week is gone. :P has been a very busy one, but I have been up to exciting things, such as borrowing clothes from retailers and making up styles for a photo shoot uni project.
Actually I am getting quite excited about the idea of sharing my experiences as a fashion management student with you guys and creating another blog, or renaming this one later on where I can damp AAAALL my fashionista thoughts, vintage findings, happy bargains and showcase my own creations.
We shall see, but now I should crack on with my next Hungarian fab brand!!! :D
Well, there is one thing I have to tell you about me. I am a cyclist. Well, not a very cool one, who pedals with 50 km/h (whatever that must be in m/h) on her sport bike but a very determined one. I cycle in sunshine, fog, wind, traffic, traffic jam, rain and snow. I started 2 years ago, when I moved to Berlin. Well, I have to admit that on the first hand it was sort a financial decision, but on the other hand I LOVE IT. I LOVE THE FREEDOM. I love that you don't depend on anything and anyone. Is the bus late? Is there a traffic jam? All what matters how fast you are. And I just love all this flowery fashion with bikes going about the recent years!
But here is my new brand! UrbanLegend. No flowers, but sleek lines, clever cuts and great fabrics for the urban cyclists of this world!
As they proudly say UrbanLegend is the ultimate 'Budapest based weatherproof cyclewear brand. It was co-founded by fashion designer, Zsófi Geréby.
Brand image is based on comfortable styles, breathable textiles and safety that makes city cycling easier and more fun. But the difference between Zsófi's designs and the usual biker garments that you can get is that you would still feel comfy in these if you are off your bike, doing some shopping, meeting friends or going to work. The general biker stuff might be practical, but we have to say, it looks a bit odd and certainly not chic!
